（1）Top Academic Talents and Leading Talents

①Top academic talents and leading talents who have an international vision and strategic concept for the development of the discipline, have obtained high-level original research results recognized by international peers in the academic frontier field, or have made important work of pioneering significance in the field of the discipline, and have played an important role in serving the national strategy and economic and social development, and have had a significant social impact.

②Applicants in the field of natural science are generally under the age of 55, and those in the field of humanities and social sciences are generally under the age of 60. There is no age limit for top talent.

（2）High-Level Young and Middle-aged talents

①Young and middle-aged academic leaders engage in forward-looking and innovative research in major national needs and academic frontier areas, who have achieved landmark research results with important academic influence and strong academic potential.

②The applicant's age in the field of natural science is generally not more than 45 years old, and in the field of humanities and social sciences is generally not more than 55 years old.

Meet the relevant requirements of the National Natural Science Fund for Excellent Young Scientists Fund Program (Overseas) application.

（4）Qilu young scholars

①The academic direction belongs to the main discipline field facing the major needs of the country and the academic frontier, which is in line with the development needs of the university. Scholars are engaged in forward-looking and innovative research, and have achieved landmark research results with important academic influence, with strong academic potential, and academic level is at the forefront of scholars of the same age in the discipline field.

② Applicants in the field of natural sciences shall be under the age of 35, and those in the field of humanities and social sciences shall be under the age of 40.

（5）Pre-appointment and contract appointment teachers

①Pre-appointment teachers include the position of researcher and associate researcher, and contract appointment teachers include the position of assistant researcher. The applicant should obtain a doctor's degree or the highest degree in the discipline, and meet the requirements of the corresponding position in the discipline or school applied for research ability and academic level.

② The applicant should be under the age of 40, the associate researcher should be under the age of 35, and the assistant researcher should be under the age of 34 (or under the age of 32 if there is no post-doctoral experience).

（6）Foreign and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan teachers

①Abide by the Constitution, laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and respect the customs and habits of the Chinese nation.

②Academic and professional teachers must have a doctoral degree and related professional work experience, and it is preferred to hire teachers who have served as assistant professors or above in overseas universities or research institutions.

3. The applicant is generally under the age of 50.

（7）Post-doctoral

Recruit special-funded, key-funded, and general-funded post-doctoral.

Note: For those with significant research results above and who are in urgent need of talents, the age can be appropriately relaxed.
